The time it takes to design and program a website depends on various factors. Every design project is generally divided into four phases:

Every design project begins with a comprehensive consultation. Together, we determine what kind of website you envision, what functions it should have, and which target audience you want to reach. I will provide you with suggestions for the design and technical implementation and provide you with a suitable quote that covers all subsequent project steps.

In the second step, I will create a customized design based on your goals and specifications and aligned with your corporate identity. You will receive several suggestions, which we will discuss together. These design suggestions can be revised in several rounds of corrections until the result exactly meets your requirements.

Once a design for your new website has been determined, it is technically implemented. This is usually done quite quickly and usually takes about 1 week, or 2-3 weeks for more complex websites.

Once your new website is technically implemented, the content can be added: this includes text, images, videos, illustrations, and other media. This step also requires close collaboration with you as the client. Image and text content are often edited to ensure that all pages present a coherent overall look. For average websites with 10 individual pages, you should expect a processing time of 1-2 weeks.

Experience shows that you should plan at least 1 month for your new website. If you are working toward a fixed launch date, be sure to include buffer time.
