KoniMukation®—this is the unique communication approach that consultant Constanze Oviedo Cogorno has developed for her professional practice. She supports companies and organizations in the fields of conflict resolution and facilitation, communication, and organizational development. Her work rests on three pillars: Nonviolent Communication (NVC), scientific concepts, and her own life and professional experience. This clear style of communication—and of conflict resolution—was to be reflected in her new web design, which Ms. Oviedo commissioned from Sebastian Klammer Grafikdesign Berlin in 2022. The result is a highly understated, focused design for a one-page scrolling website that presents all information about the company on a single page—clearly structured, with a strong emphasis on content, and featuring a very subtle, elegant aesthetic. The website is fully responsive and delivers an equally compelling experience across all devices.
