Logo design for Konstanze Oviedo Communication

Communications consultant Konstanze Oviedo Cogorno, based in Potsdam, offers KoniMukation®—her own unique approach to communication. Its core elements are empathy, openness, and transparency, as these foster understanding for every individual as well as for one another. Communication with both heart and mind. In 2022, Ms. Oviedo approached Sebastian Klammer Grafikdesign Berlin with a request to design a new logo for her communications consultancy. The new logo for the consulting firm needed to incorporate her name while also visually representing the values ​​she upholds. A wide range of different concepts were developed, from which one specific logo design was ultimately selected and refined. Using simple outlines, it depicts various viewpoints and perspectives on a given problem—views that overlap, appearing distinct yet also remarkably similar. The three constituent elements are square in shape yet simultaneously rounded—representing, in a sense, the “squaring of the circle” and serving as a stylized metaphor for the endeavor to harmonize diverse views, opinions, positions, and personalities. Thus, the three elements reach out toward one another, drawing closer without ever completely overlapping.

Konstanze Oviedo has been utilizing this new logo design since 2023, successfully employing it to promote her consulting services in the fields of conflict resolution and moderation, communication training, and organizational development.
