New, innovative web design for DEMEL Mode in Bavaria

The fashion house F. DEMEL, located in Schrobenhausen, Bavaria, boasts a long and rich history. For over 100 years, the family has offered high-quality fashion for both men and women—including bespoke menswear. It all began with a small sewing atelier founded by August Demel in 1907. Today, the modern fashion boutique is situated at Perger Platz in Schrobenhausen. In 2016, the company commissioned Sebastian Klammer Grafikdesign Berlin to redesign its website. The goal was not only to showcase the fashion house’s product range to customers but also to convey the owner’s passion for high-quality materials—a true flair for the exceptional. At the same time, the new website needed to possess a strong sense of brand recognition and incorporate design elements from the previous site. This proved to be a challenge, as F. DEMEL’s existing online presence had been—from a design perspective—quite rudimentary.

Nevertheless, through close collaboration with the client—and by carefully balancing their specific requirements with the latest design trends—a truly distinctive web design was created that meets the client’s exacting standards in every respect.
